PPS Early Learners
You may qualify for this program if:
- Your family resides within Live within the PPS school boundaries, west of the Willamette River
- Your family qualifies for or receives the following assistance services: SSI, SNAP, TANF.
- Your family is caring for a foster child, or experiencing houselessness.
- Limited slots are available for families at all income levels.
