Preschool for All (PFA) is a program that connects 3- and 4-year-olds in Multnomah County to free preschool!
Who is eligible?
Children who:
- Have at least one parent or legal guardian who lives in Multnomah County
- Will be 3 or 4 years old on or before Sep. 1, 2023
